Goal and Objectives

The project goal was to increase production (crops and livestock) and income of the communities living at Village Common Forest, achieved through group/subgroup formation and quick return small scale livelihood development projects, improved access to water facilities, and implementation of Village Common Forest (VCF) development plans.

Achievements

• 20 VCF monthly meetings, 88 PDC monthly meetings, 10 PDC formulations.
• 30 persons received Project Management & Book Keeping training.
• 1,592 households (GHHs & VHHs) implemented livelihood development schemes.
• 2 GFS, 2 STW, 3 Ring Wells, 1 DSP water technology installed.
