SIMAVI Dhaka and BNPS conduct quarterly financial monitoring visits and monthly online meetings with partner organizations to ensure proper financial and administrative practices. These visits help CSOs identify financial errors, mitigate risks, and strengthen documentation.
Additionally, the OLHF project emphasizes sustainability, with discussions on the continuity of programs like the Girls’ Club. Many ideas have come up through this PMGM session. Sustainable plan after the project is over is discussed from program side, thematic part. Sustainable plan for Girls club, Reusable sanitary pad, NARI, MHM in school, AAAQ SRH service, Changed behavior (MH, gender).
