Social Mapping and HHS Selection
After one day staff orientation on social mapping and wealth ranking provided by MJF, the senior staff of Hill Flower organized 2 days long orientation for field staff about social mapping and wealth ranking Prior to social mapping and wealth ranking the Hill Flower project team met with 3 Union chairman’s namely 1 no Belaichari Union, 2 no kangrachari Union and 3 no Farua uiuon and informed the project goals, objectives and reason why we would like to work with these unions.
Finally it was selected 78 villages from the whole upazilas and a total of 2309 n beneficiaries were primary selected in consultation with the community people. During the social mapping Up Chairman, Ward Member, traditional leaders were present along with community peoples. In the social and HHs selection process male 853 female 1089 were attended the social mapping and HHS selection process in three unions.
