HILL FLOWER is a CHT based non-political, non-religious and non-profit making voluntary development organization, established in 2004 toward improvement of the health, climate change adaptation, livelihood, women empower, gender and environment situation in Chittagong Hill Tracts.
For the past 19 years, Hill Flower has delivered its health, livelihood, and environment services to more than 0.5 million people throughout the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Hill Flower is working on the sectors given below.

Our organizational mission, vision & core values
Hill Flower is a CHT based NGO and is inheritably acquainted with the geographical, demographical, political, cultural, religious, ethnic diversification situation of CHT. It is closely linked with the people of CHT and their custom, norms, the way of life.
Organizational core values- Integrity, Innovation, Equity in health, Gender equality and Inclusiveness. Hill Flower aims to enhance the quality, access to, and efficiency of education of children of Rangamati.
Hill Flower will work toward bringing sustainable development among the people by creating awareness, securing livelihood, brining equality in men and women through gender sensitive program adoption.
We envision a poverty, distress, discrimination free and gender focused peaceful society in Chittagong Hill Tracts, where everyone enjoys a life with health, solvency and well-being.
